In today’s world where competition has dominated the entire globe and the rapid change is inevitable, the long established existence of companies is a success in itself, and the primary factors behind this success include commitment to values and a strong team spirit as well as quality, stability and quick adaptation to the conditions.
The existence of a team, keeping up with the fast and intensive tempo of the business world while adhering to basic corporate values and having developed a strong sense of belonging towards the company as well as a sincere relationship with colleagues, is crucial for the company to progress towards its goals without losing its path and essence.
Always remaining devoted to the principles of dignity, integrity and reliability from the date of our establishment, we are aware of the fact that we have over 45 years of success in the international arena thanks to the adoption of these principles by our colleagues of any rank.
We should keep in mind that, while companies are living structures theoretically, they can only be maintained and kept alive by the employees who duly fulfill their tasks, feel committed to their work and team and have a sense of responsibility. For this very reason, it is of great significance for YENİGÜN to ensure that the constitutive values of YENİGÜN are adopted by all of our teams.
We have prepared this Guideline on Professional Ethics and Code of Conduct with a view to introduce the principles of YENİGÜN to our new colleagues and to create a common language for all of us through a written form of our verbal rules and code of conduct that we have been implementing for years.
We hope that the principles written in this booklet will be our guide, as now, in the future implementation of numerous successful projects.
